A restaurant of Mediterranean and Pan-Asian cuisine O'Jules has opened in Moscow, its representatives told Life around.
The owners position it as an institution with organic cuisine. According to them, the restaurant does not use products that include GMOs. Chefs Stanislav Zhukov and Evgeny Evseev are responsible for the cuisine in the institution. The menu includes a salad with duck magra and asparagus (640 rubles), hummus with falafel (240 rubles), cold beetroot soup (330 rubles), seafood ceviche (650 rubles), hot goat liver paste (480 rubles), okroshka with veal tongue (330 rubles), cucumber-tomato gazpacho (430 rubles), marble bull fillet minion (1,580 rubles) and halibut with potato cabbage (780 rubles).

The restaurant is located in Maryina Grove at Obraztsova Street 30. The average bill at the institution is 1,500 rubles. Inside - two separate rooms for 130 people and a summer terrace with a capacity of 32 people. From Sunday to Friday, O'Jules is open from 12:00 to 00:00, Friday and Saturday - until two in the night.
