I transferred the experience of selling one carcass to several buyers from the joint procurement forum. There, people pre-ordered a certain part of the carcass of the animal, and I killed the cattle as all parts of the animal were distributed. This form of work is beneficial for both the buyer and the seller: a person does not have to buy a lot of meat, he can place an order for a small amount of product, and I sell the carcass without residues. People may not know each other, but I will organize the process in such a way that each of the participants in the joint buyback knows which cut is already taken and which one it can order.

After the experience with meat, I began to work according to the same scheme and with caviar, which I personally select and bring from Kamchatka. Planning allows me to choose a batch in the amount closest to implementation. For the most part, orders are delivered not in one place (office or home), but scattered across Moscow, but all the recipients are united among themselves - they are subscribed to my conditionally closed subscription to news and product announcements. A small number of people cooperate specifically for the ransom. One way or another, I think this scheme of work is very promising and economical. The overall economy and convenience is not an end in itself, but a tool that helps me to organize my work in the most rational way, and for customers - to receive the highest quality products at fair prices.

Consumption in the supermarket still reminds us of the Soviet one: today they threw one away, tomorrow they threw the other away, as a result, the person has the choice to “take chicken, turkey, pork or beef for dinner”, without going into the quality or look of this chicken, turkey and so on. Moreover, most of the meat is either quite expensive in supermarkets or does not have the right to be called meat - the cut is not guessed, the meat looks like a shapeless mass of "boneless meat".

Finding the right product at the supermarket is always a problem. Even Metro does not give that quality and even more so the price, which is justified and possible if you want to buy restaurant-quality products. Networks deliberately put barriers to the entry of normal suppliers, they exist according to their own laws and serve themselves. The goal of networks is to prevent normal suppliers from entering the market. All those who work honestly do not need networks.

My story about buying meat for a big company was born by chance. We went to negotiations about a possible cooperation with Mosttek. People from there turned out to be fanatically passionate about meat, and the result of the meeting was the first spontaneous order. After that, I caught people in the corridor of the company where I work, and asked: "Are you going to take Argentinean grass-fed beef?" The first delivery came. Colleagues who were not in the lane saw pieces of meat in the office and also joined. Now we are expanding the audience. The backbone of regular consumers has formed, the rest are participating sporadically.

Why is it important to deal with professionals? Because they learned everything from and to, they know all the nuances and the whole market environment, in the end you can trust their personal selection. If I ask you to find meat in order to grill it, then they will find you exactly ribeye, which will be perfect on the grill. If you need meat for cutlets or roast, they will give another cut. In addition, since this is a professional restaurant vendor, this meat will be in real permanent access, and this is a big plus in front of the collective farm market. An important pleasant nuance - if I take a five-kilogram piece, I can ask you to cut it and vacuum the parts separately.

I usually take an Argentinean grass-fed rib-eye. When you come to the supermarket, no one will tell you whether it is beef or grass-fed grain-fed. There is a fashion for fatty meat, marketers from Australia and the USA are promoting grain, more popular, and herbal has a more subtle, elegant, not so "hormonal" taste. Personally, I can’t find any analogues of herbal Argentina to my taste, all the more so given the pretty sane price.

As a result, we went even further and united: now the guys from Mosttek buy wine from us for personal consumption, and we buy meat from them. This is a mutually beneficial cooperation that is interesting to everyone. We were given a specific day of weekly deliveries, Thursday. Of course, Friday would be better, but on Friday the company only works with restaurants before the weekend. The main rule when ordering is to remember the minimum order quantity required for delivery. You are interesting to the supplier only if you are able to give a volume comparable to that of a restaurant. To do this, we need a consolidating person acting as a purchaser who voluntarily takes upon himself all the hassles of organizing delivery and collecting money.

I have a client who orders wine, which is difficult to find in a store, for his entire office. He gives me tasks: "I need the wine to be good, in such and such a style, and that it should be worth such and such money." Since the orders vary periodically, it is clearly visible that he buys for several people. As a rule, he likes my choice, but sometimes he throws me labels on WhatsApp, which are often quite rare. He does not cause any trouble as a buyer, it is always pleasant to communicate with him. As a rule, he makes an order for 10-12 thousand rubles.

I sell him wine at a restaurant-wholesale price. For me, this is not earnings, but rather a service for friends. A very important point in all such stories is that you are in a circle of like-minded people. People understand the level of quality of the service they receive.

Only a like-minded person can realize that a decent Tuscany for 700-800 rubles is good. In a supermarket, this wine would cost twice as much, and it is not there, as a rule. Few networks behave consciously towards guilt. In a mode of pleasant friendly communication, people relax and begin to normally explain what they need, and this is nice. As a dressmaker or a butcher was handed over before, valuable contacts are now handed over. It resembles network marketing, only less organized.

It is difficult to systematize relations with a client in this case. As soon as you start to push, a person immediately instinctively goes into the depths, hides, tries not to communicate with you. On the contrary, when it is just a friendly service - people relax and become more open. The level of orders can be different: sometimes I bring wine to friends with whom I play basketball, and at the end of the year this translates into corporate orders. To be honest, I do not know yet other examples of equally unifying purchases: clothes need to be tried on, gadgets are not unique, it is a matter of price in the market, and food and wine is more a community of like-minded people than a business.

I always loved coffee and drank it often. And then one day the cooperative "Black" came to "Art Play", and I just worked there. I already heard a lot about them, but there was no way to try their coffee. But here everything changed, and almost every day I went to them to try either a new method of brewing, or new grains. Of course, after this, the world cannot become the same and I no longer wanted to drink any Americano. In the summer, I tried their coldbrew, and I immediately liked it. Therefore, as soon as the guys started the delivery, there was no doubt that he needed it at home.

I suggested that neighbor Olya order a coldbrew for two, she also drinks coffee all the time, so we decided that it would be both more convenient and cheaper. You immediately order a box, and you can chip in together for delivery. Well, then, with such a pre-order, the guys immediately understand how much coldbrew to produce so that there is no superfluous.

In May, with a group of people, we wanted to buy fresh food together. Everyone was expecting the start of the harvest, and I wanted to take advantage of this: unite and buy farm products together to make it cheaper. We saw enough prices for farm products in LavkaLavka and in the markets, realized that it was expensive, and thought that we could find a way out. We made some successful purchases, but in the end it did not turn into a permanent structure. Because out of ten people, no one acted as an active organizer.

Now all these thoughts have returned again in connection with my diet. Besides being vegan, I'm allergic to a bunch of foods. I can not buy everything at all - often what I buy is expensive. I have a vegan friend who suggested buying some products together to make it cheaper. In total, we now have eight people who share this venture.

Vegans are divided into those who eat very simply and according to hardcore - the cheapest cereals, the cheapest legumes and a lot of soya prevail in their diet - and those who eat normally and tasty, like other people, but do not eat meat, - their diet may contain mash, quinoa, bulgur and much more. These types of cereals are more expensive. I personally have a huge need for pine nuts, because I’m allergic to everyone else. Cedar, everyone knows this, one of the most expensive. Therefore, for me, combining to buy some things is simply vital. I don’t really want to spend my entire budget on food, but this is exactly what I often do.

We do not discuss the purchase of products that you can buy in normal quality and for normal money in a regular supermarket. First of all, we want to buy nuts, cereals, legumes and dried fruits. This is also due to the fact that they are stored for a long time. After analyzing the first experience, we realized that the problem was, among other things, that the products had to be stored somewhere before all the participants took them home. But these products do not deteriorate and do not take up much space. I can make an angle in them in my room - I won’t feel hurt if a two-meter-high food rack occupies it.

There are stores that sell packs weighing only a kilogram. For example, corn milk. You can buy it in "Auchan" in the amount of 250 grams, or you can here in this place, which my friend found, in the volume of a kilogram. Therefore, it is cheaper, and due to this, companies combine the possibility of selling small volumes. Wholesale sales, of course, usually go in huge volumes. From 10-20 kilograms. There are suppliers who are ready, if you buy in their packages, to sell less. We are talking about bulgur, for example, packaged in regular store packs of 250 grams, of which there will be 10 or 20 pieces in the packaging of this supplier.

All products can be bought from wholesale suppliers, the only question is the number of people participating in this purchase. Eight people will be enough for some products. Others can only be bought if there are 20 of us, because this is a larger volume.

We cook a lot with friends and friends. The quality of most products is very difficult to verify: for example, a decent composition is written on all packages of oil and the guest is indicated, but they differ in quality. With dairy products, this is especially noticeable, since we make homemade cheese, yogurt, drown butter and expect them to behave as they should: curl, ferment, emit foam, and so on. Therefore, if someone is next to a bona fide producer (read: in a village, with relatives, in a settlement, etc.), he cries out: “Who should bring the oil to?”

Honey remains the same distrustful product. Friends from the Kaluga region, relatives from Belarus and a friend from the Caucasus take it from their apiaries to us. They also bring a lot for the family and little for trade. Fortunately, honey is well stored.

I’ll say this about the price: the present is more expensive than we have been taught to pay the network, but since we avoid mass producers and order a bucket from trusted suppliers, we save. As a result, for an average price we can get a very good product. For example, the last time we ordered three liters of ghee for three at a price of 500 rubles per liter. It is not expensive at all, especially since we are confident in the quality.

For us, the question of milk is rather an ethical one: we are vegetarians and, in a good way, would not like to support the meat and dairy industry, and indeed the food industry. Only a farmer can give a chance to a cow to live in a factory and not become meat for old age, for which we can vouch.

If I had the opportunity, I would not get involved in such troubles. It's one thing to buy something big, jackets for adults for example. The wholesaler usually takes an order from 10 thousand rubles, this is a maximum of 10 jackets. Now imagine how many panties and t-shirts are 30 rubles each. And every panty is ordered by some caring mother, who will definitely call and find out who the manufacturer is, what raw materials, she will advise about allergies. For two years now I have been procuring from one manufacturer, both of my children wear these clothes, and there are never any questions about the quality. I make little money on organizing purchases, but almost all of them go just for clothes for my children. Although, of course, it’s good that there is an opportunity for moms to do something at home, somehow support the family and save.

I have been engaged in joint purchases for five months, and regular customers have already appeared.It all started when I stumbled upon the website of the wholesaler, which offered beautiful bright tracksuits at a very low price. It was necessary to buy a batch of 100 thousand rubles. I knocked out all my friends, but failed to collect the required amount. But I learned a lot about joint purchases, found a bunch of communities on social networks and decided to try to collect several purchases myself.

I have nine thousand people in the group, these are fraudulent users, at first I paid for them to be added. But now the group is growing organically, about ten people are added every day. I made two successful purchases, collected ten applications for the wholesale purchase of sneakers and backpacks. Backpacks in retail cost 1,5 thousand rubles, we bought them for 500 rubles, sneakers were three thousand, we bought for one and a half. The savings are obvious. Now orders are being formed for leather bags from Kaliningrad, watches and other accessories.

I get 15-20% of the purchase price. I am looking for suppliers through the Internet. Sneakers, for example, bought from a warehouse in Tyumen. Warehouse owners have their own sports shop and warehouse, from which wholesale trade takes place. They buy goods from foreign suppliers, mainly in China, when the batch is small - they sell everything themselves, they break up the bulk into small wholesale deliveries.

I do not conclude agreements with suppliers, but I always discuss all the details very carefully, correspond for a long time, discuss cases if a marriage comes or if delivery is delayed. With sneakers, by the way, it turned out that the defective batch first came, I sent it back with a request to be replaced, and they sent me quality goods in a few days.

A year ago, I saw on Facebook an advertisement by Artyom Temirov from the Black Coffee Cooperative, he needed a bicycle. I have two bicycles, one at the time was bored in the country, and I decided to lend it to the guys. Artyom’s colleague, Varia, rode it all summer, and someone else lent a bicycle to Artyom. This made me think: there are several million bike owners in Moscow, but we see very few cyclists on the streets. Mostly this transport is idle in garages and on balconies.

Last June I created a group on Facebook and invited all my friends, acquaintances and acquaintances to share bicycles with each other. While the group has 90 participants, over the summer they exchanged five bicycles. I would not say that this is success and that we have something to brag about. I don’t do a lot of work in the group, and the bike is still an expensive thing, many are scared to give it into the wrong hands. But still, my idea helped someone.
