Montalto Pizzeria Brand Chef

“A small convenience store packed with food was immediately part of the Montalto concept, just like delivery. We launch delivery next week and the store has already started. We sell sandwiches, salads and desserts in it - they are not on the menu of the restaurant itself. There are only four sandwiches so far: with prosciutto, with buffalo chicken, caprese and chorizo.

Since the entire pizzeria is dedicated to Isaac Lenny Montalto's New York friend, we decided to design our store’s menu in the same style. Lenny works in the subway, which connects all the famous areas of New York. In honor of these areas and metro stations, sandwiches and salads are named. A salad of three types of tomatoes - Tribeca, an Asian salad with duck - Chinatown, sandwiches Spring Street, Williamsburg and this one - Queens Boulevard. In this sandwich, chorizo is combined with sauce and tomatoes, and you get a little Mexican echo. "
